Responsible for the creation and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets for the Council, particularly in the Education department. These spreadsheets and databases were in support of the provision of school meals including financial control, the maintenance of kitchen equipment and infrastructure. Links were required between many databases; for example, linking the maintenance database with the inventory database and the contacts database.

Designed spreadsheets to allow comprehensive financial analysis in all departments.

Other responsibilities included the support of the new schools projects with particular emphasis on financial control and invoice handling. Again, spreadsheets were designed to provide audit control and budget analysis across all agencies involved.
