Simply click the "PrtScrn" button ("Impr Pan Petsis" in Spanish) at the top of the keyboard.
This will copy the entire screen to the clipboard.
It will look as if nothing as happened but it has stored a copy of the screen in memory. Then you can paste it into an email or other document using your preferred method of pasting (CTRL-V, Edit Paste via the Menu, Right-click Paste or hitting the Paste icon on the toolbar).
To copy just the active Window and not the entire Screen simply hold down the Alt key (next to the spacebar) whilst pressing the PrtScrn button.
What does the Print Screen Button Do?
The Print Screen button is an often under-used key on your keyboard usually found on the top row towards the right.
Pressing this appears to do nothing but in fact stores a copy of the screen in the clipboard.
You can simply paste this into Windows Paint, Word or similar programs.
Holding down the Alt key when pressing the key copies the live window but not the background.
