What Bandwidth Do I Need for Voice or Video Calls?

For most people with a fixed telephone line and, therefore, a fast ADSL connection (1mb or more) this is not a problem.

For many of my clients (who live in rural Spain) then this is more of an issue. There are many options available for those without fixed lines including USB modems (dongles), satellite connections and wireless connections (e.g. WiMax).
