Crossloop - PC Remote Control

CrossLoop simplifies the process of securely working with friends located in different physical locations and across different network environments. CrossLoop enables you to see the screen and control the mouse and keyboard on a remote computer. It is as if you are working side by side at the same PC.

I use this to help support my clients over the Internet to save the cost of a callout.

You can get up and running with CrossLoop in under 2 minutes. Simply download and install the application and it will automatically configure itself to your network environment. You will need to create an account or, if you need my help, I will give you access to my client account.

When you run the program you will be given a unique code that you give to me over the phone. This is secure : only you and I have the code. I use this to 'take control' of your computer: you will see the cursor moving and be able to watch what I'm doing while I describe it to you.

This is also useful for training etc.

PC Requirements

CrossLoop requires Windows 2000 or newer, including Vista; 128 MB RAM or greater; 2 MB hard drive space and a broadband internet connection.
