This assumes that you have a working Chronoform where the result of each submission is being emailed to you and that you have connected a table to collect this information.

Exporting to Excel is just 3 clicks away from the Forms Management component. First, open the Forms Management component:

Select Forms Management

Now, click on your Connected Table:

Select Database

Click on "Backup to Excel" or "Backup to CSV" as you wish:

Click Backup To Excel

I recommend choosing "Save File":

Save File

When you open your spreadsheet (in Excel 2010) you may get the following message. This is nothing to worry about and is a symptom caused by the export process.

Ignore File Problem

You will then see all your data in the spreadsheet.

At this point you might like to take the opportunity to identify bad, surplus, dummy or empty records and make a note of the record numbers. These can then be deleted from the Forms Management Component:

Delete Records
